Career Networks Indy - Monthly Meeting

Greetings Indy Alums!

Our next meeting will be Thursday, February 6th 6:30-8:30pm. Moving forward, meetings will be on the 1st Thursday of every month. We have also shifted to a great new location. Tiffany has been kind enough to offer a space at Ice Miller, located in the OneAmerica tower. Please meet at the flag in the lobby and we will proceed up at 6:40pm. If you arrive after 6:40pm, please email myself ( or Ashley ( and we will come get you.

The topic of our discussion will be biases. While you may or may not be aware of it, we all have biases which impact our thoughts, decisions, and actions. These include, but are not limited to, biases towards race, gender, personality traits, and even biases towards our alma mater (gasp!). The question is how do we identify and combat these? Please join us for an interesting discussion on this increasingly prevalent topic. Pre-reads are below.
