Kelley Women in Business Night
Breaking the Glass Barrier: What's Holding You Back?

Barriers: We all have them. Are they external? Are they internal? What is really holding us back from achieving more?

The goal for the 2014 Women in Business Night is to bring together Kelley MBA women, current students as well as alumni, to tackle the tough question of "What is holding you back?"

Recently published in Forbes magazine, Margie Warrell speaks of the glass cage, identifying internal forces that create a barrier to hold women back from achieving their full potential.
