Steven P. Coverick BS'09

Steven P. Coverick

Steve Coverick is a Senior Associate in the Valuation & Business Modeling Group, within the Transaction Advisory Services team, at Ernst & Young LLP in Chicago. Steve is responsible for developing and utilizing complex financial models to advise C-suite executives in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate valuation, strategic planning, and capital structure analysis.

Prior to joining EY, Steve worked at a consulting firm specializing in strategic long-range planning and valuation, advising clients in a range of industry sectors, including energy, hospitality and manufacturing. In 2013, Steve was featured as a speaker at the Association for Financial Professionals’ Annual Conference in Las Vegas, where he presented on best practices in corporate strategic planning. He was also the recipient of the 2013 KSBAA Leadership Award.

Steve graduated from the Kelley School of Business in 2009, with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. He currently resides in Chicago with his wife, Ashley, and newborn son, William.
