Bradley W. Schwer MBA'99

Bradley W. Schwer

Brad Schwer is a partner with Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, a regional law firm with offices throughout Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. He earned a joint MBA/JD degree from Indiana University in 1999.

Brad is a member of Taft’s business practice group and focuses his practice on complex business and commercial middle-market transactions, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, business advisory services and general corporate counseling. He has broad experience with various financing transactions and leveraged private equity transactions where he has represented buyers, sellers and management.

Brad has actively served several community and philanthropic activities, including the 2012 Super Bowl Committee and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Community Development Law Center. Brad has been selected by Law & Politics Magazine as an Indiana Rising Star.
