Matthew C. Hayes

Matt Hayes is the National Leader of Performance and Productivity for Humana’s Strategic Consultancy in Louisville, Kentucky. He holds a BS in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas and an MBA in Marketing and Corporate Strategy from the Kelley School of Business. In addition to his Humana responsibilities, Matt serves on the Board of Directors for the Kelley School of Business Alumni Association. Although Matt has worked in analytic functions for three Fortune 200 companies and is Six Sigma Blackbelt certified, his true passion is around associate development and building tomorrow’s leaders.
