As co-founder and co-creator of Benefit, Jane Ford spearheads the management, product development, financial and international development teams. Her eye for financial detail and creative wit has rendered her a unique Benefit negotiator, problem solver and business manager. Jane's business acumen has brought Benefit to the forefront among entrepreneurial businesses. Jane graduated from Indiana University in 1970 with a B.S. in Marketing and Finance.
