Kelley's comprehensive business curriculum prepares students for the challenges of your work environment. When you recruit through the UCSO, you'll meet candidates with the education, character, and technical skills to add value from their first day on the job.

We can help you hire interns or full-time employees with a customized recruiting strategy that helps you identify and connect with qualified students. Post job openings. Work side by side with promising candidates on volunteer projects. Participate in career fairs, networking events, and roundtables. If a campus visit isn't cost-effective, we can even help you meet and interview candidates via videoconferencing, Skype, or phone.

If you are a returning employer, log in to access our recruiting system. If you are new to recruiting with Undergraduate Career Services, contact us to learn more.

The UCSO will adhere to the spirit and intent of EEO laws and the ethical standards published by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).
