Each fall, Undergraduate Career Services hosts career fairs targeted to specific majors during the month of September followed by on-campus recruiting in October and November.

Each spring, an "all business" fair is offered in January followed by on-campus interviewing in February, March, and April. A campus-wide career fair is available to those who are still seeking opportunities in early March, and a virtual career fair is held once each semester to help distribute Kelley resumes to interested employers.
