Audio/Video Equipment Policies
Technology Operations & Services provides A/V equipment for instructors and lecturers in the KSB buildings (BU and CG). Those who wish to use the equipment must make a reservation with the TOS Help Desk by sending email to email@example.com. Most A/V equipment is to be picked up & returned by the user, as directed by TOS agents; some equipment will be delivered, setup, and then retrieved by TOS agents, depending on complexity, difficulty, and appropriateness.
Requests for mobile technology are filled on a first come, first served basis - as such, some requests cannot be met due to lack of equipment. For best results, please place your request as early as possible; typically, most requests made with a two week advance notice have the best chances of being successfully met. TOS will strive to fulfill all requests, but no guarantees can be made for those requests placed with less than a two week advance notice.
