Student Summer Support Policy

Technology Operations & Services does not provide student support of any kind during the summer months.

For those students who do require computing assistance during the summer, the following support options are available:

1. UITS Support Center
   • The Support Center phone services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist any and all IU students, faculty & staff with computing issues.
   • The UITS Information Commons located in the Main Library offers extended hours for walk-in service.
   • The IU Knowledge Base (a database of over 10,000 computing information articles) located at http://kb.iu.edu is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
