Help Desk Surveys
Technology Operations & Services’ Customer Surveys are sent to faculty and staff who contact the Help Desk. Each day, 5 customers are randomly chosen to receive our automated survey questionnaire. The questions asked are:

|2. Did you receive a response in a timely manner?|
|3. Were you treated with courtesy and respect?|
|4. Do you have any suggestions or comments?|
Most of the responses listed on these reports are answers from question number 4, although some are comments specifically related to questions 1, 2 or 3.
In most cases, the comments contained on these reports have not been altered in any way; some comments have been modified to match font & color for readability & appearance issues.
