Help Desk Surveys
Technology Operations’ customer surveys are sent to faculty and staff who contact the help desk. Each day, we randomly choose five customers to receive our automated survey questionnaire. The questions asked are:

|2. Did you receive a response in a timely manner?|
|3. Were you treated with courtesy and respect?|
|4. Do you have any suggestions or comments?|
Most of the responses listed on these reports are answers from question number 4, although some are comments specifically related to questions 1, 2 or 3.
In most cases, the comments contained in these reports have not been altered in any way; some comments have been modified to match font and color for readability and appearance issues.
