Jordan Brett Barlow is a PhD candidate and associate instructor in the Operations and Decision Technologies department at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. His current research interests include two broad areas: (1) collaboration (e.g., collective intelligence, CMC, distributed teams) and (2) IT security. Jordan’s research has been published in MIS Quarterly, Group Decision and Negotiation, Computer & Security, and Communications of the AIS. He has taught A337/S400 (accounting information systems) and K201 (the computer in business). He is currently working as managing editor of MIS Quarterly Executive. Previously, Jordan was employed as a small business and technology consultant for Squire & Co in Orem, Utah.
