Supply Chain and Operations
Efficiency and Competitiveness in Action
Today’s global businesses face unprecedented competitive pressures that demand innovative and speedy solutions. Two key components to managing this rapidly changing global business environment are operations management and supply chain management.
Operations and Decision Technologies Department's supply chain and operations management curriculum focuses on the operation of the entire supply chain, from suppliers to manufacturers to the customer and everything in between. The key to this curriculum is the incorporation of enterprise systems, a new breed of technology that integrates systems across an entire corporation and beyond.
Our BS in supply chain management provides a broad-based curriculum in strategies and techniques for effective management of supply chains, while the operations management major is the perfect complement to degrees in marketing and finance for students seeking careers in manufacturing and service firms.
In the MBA program, we offer a major in supply chain and operations and a minor in supply chain and operations. These graduate programs are complemented by the supply chain and global management academy, worth six hours of credit toward the MBA degree. Through our online Kelley Direct program, we also offer a master of science in global supply chain management designed for working professionals.
Kelley’s supply chain and operations programs are highly ranked. U.S. News & World Report consistently ranks our graduate programs among the top 10 of all universities and our undergraduate program in the top 10 of all public universities.
