Paul is a leader in multicultural marketing, licensing/partnership development and guerilla/non-traditional marketing. He has 20 years of business and management experience at leading companies including; P&G, Hasbro Toys and American Greetings. Paul has been featured in The Cleveland Plain Dealer, The Indianapolis Star, The Tavis Smiley Show, Radio One, and numerous other media outlets. Most recently, Paul served as the Director, Ethnic Marketing and Diversity at American Greetings in Cleveland, OH, leading a corporate initiative to drive multicultural marketing and diversity for Sales and Marketing. Prior to that role, he served as the Director, Alternative Cards, leading product and marketing teams for targeted/niche card programs; including Funny, African-American, Jewish, Hispanic, Religious and Trend. He was instrumental in developing the highly successful partnership with comedienne Ellen DeGeneres, the Grand Winner of the 2007 American Greetings Chairman’s Awards for Innovation. At Hasbro, Paul served for 5 years as the Sr. Brand Manager for the Star Wars toy line, during Star Wars Episode’s I and II. In his role, Paul led the marketing and product plans, while managing key licensor relationships with Lucasfilm, Walt Disney and Cartoon Network. His team was a Winner of a 2002 Toy of the Year for the Star Wars Interactive R2D2.
