As a Kelley student, you have unique opportunities available to you—International Programs and offerings such as Global and Social Enterprise (GLOBASE)—to prepare for employment in today’s global marketplace. With the Institute for Global Organizational Effectiveness more unique opportunities are now available to increase your marketability. 

Global Fellowships

Through its Teaching-related Initiatives, the Institute awards Global Fellowships to selected MBA and PhD students, with a preference given to students who are originally from Latin America or have a direct connection with Latin America (e.g., knowledge of Spanish, Hispanic ancestry, nationals from Latin American countries, work or have worked in Latin American companies). As a Global Fellow you:

  • Get Fully-Funded Fellowships while taking the fast-track to a global business education.
  • Learn in a unique setting that bridges the gap between science and application. MBA and PhD Global Fellows work hand-in-hand with highly-selected organizations applying knowledge and conducting research that enhances global organizational effectiveness.
  • Network with students, faculty, alumni, highly-selected organizations and Institute Board members—who share the same focus and provide further opportunities to learn or that may lead to employment.

MBA Global Fellowships. This two-year program is offered to approximately eight MBA students each academic year. It consists of an annual sum of $25,000 to be used toward tuition and fees. Please visit the MBA Program Office if you would like to submit your admissions application.

PhD Global Fellowships. This five-year program is offered to approximately four PhD students at a steady state. It consists of an annual sum of $25,000 on top of their full tuition fee waiver during the five-year program. In addition, doctoral students receive funding for research projects and travel to research sites and to attend professional conferences.  Please visit the Doctoral Program Office if you would like to submit your admissions application.
