Through its new Institute, the Kelley School has launched three major initiatives to enhance the global effectiveness of organizations:

Teaching-related Initiatives include opportunities for Global Fellowships for MBA and PhD students to develop the special skills needed in the global marketplace.
Research-related Initiatives provide an opportunity for faculty and PhD students to generate new knowledge regarding how organizations acquire and develop human capital.
Outreach-related Initiatives establish a synergistic relationship with businesses so they inform and support the Institute’s teaching and research efforts, while gaining the latest knowledge regarding how to augment their own human capital.
