The Institute’s Teaching-related Initiatives provide financial support to our students so they can develop the special skills demanded in the global marketplace. Global Fellowships are awarded to MBA and PhD students, with a preference given to students who are originally from Latin America or have a direct connection with Latin America (e.g., knowledge of Spanish, Hispanic ancestry, nationals from Latin American countries, work or have worked in Latin American companies).
MBA Global Fellowships. This two-year program is offered to approximately eight MBA students each academic year. It consists of an annual sum of $25,000 to be used toward tuition and fees.
PhD Global Fellowships. This five-year program is offered to approximately four PhD students at a steady state. It consists of an annual sum of $25,000 on top of their full tuition fee waiver during the five-year program. In addition, doctoral students receive funding for research projects and travel to research sites and to attend professional conferences.
Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors these Global Fellowships will foster the training of 50 MBA alumni and eight PhD students within the next decade.
