Ryan Gottfredson is a doctoral candidate in organizational behavior and human resources in the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance. His research primarily focuses on how leaders/managers can shape the perceptions and performance of their followers/subordinates. He also is involved in research on research methods. His research has been published in Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Research Methods, Academy of Management Learning & Education, and Business Horizons.
