Professor David C. Haeberle
Peterson Faculty Fellow in Investment Banking

As a clinical professor, David is also a practitioner of entrepreneurship and has twenty years experience as an entrepreneur and/or financier of entrepreneurial high growth companies. In 1991, David co-founded ECOMED, Inc., a medical device company where he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until the firm was sold in 1996 at a substantial profit for the founding investors. In 1998, David co-founded COMMAND Equity Group, which was a venture capital management firm, and has ten-years experience investing in early stage technology companies.

Concurrent with his clinical appointment with the Kelley School, David also is co-founder and principal investor of ENVISAGE Technologies Corporation, a growth stage software firm, and serves as the company's Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. He also serves as Chief Financial Officer of ConsulTech Technologies Corporation, which is a Bloomington-based information technology firm. David's experiences also include operating as a principal in oil & gas exploration and production, equipment leasing, wastewater management, and information technology. David also has experience serving as a financial consultant to owner-managers of middle-market companies, which includes operating as a lead financial consultant in merger and acquisition transactions.

David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, a Masters in Business Administration, and Jurisprudence Doctorate, all from the Kelley School and Indiana University.
