    Examines various areas of law that relate directly to the marketing of goods and services. Utilizes a managerial approach to the study of legal considerations that help shape marketing decision-making. Topics addressed include: trademark, copyright, patent, and trade secret law; the right of publicity, advertising law, product liability, and antitrust law.
