Professor of Business Law

“I look forward to my job every day. Whether I’m teaching international law to undergraduate students or executives, I love teaching. I am all about enthusiasm and effort—that’s why I write my own books. I consider myself a citizen of the world rather than of this country, and in today’s world you have to learn to develop relationships at every turn.”

Careers

A legal studies major will prepare you for a number of career paths, including consulting, risk management, legal auditing, and government, and other law-related fields. It is also good background for graduate work in areas such as public administration, business, and law.

A+ Career Services

The Kelley School’s career services are tops in their class: Bloomberg Businessweek regularly gives Kelley an A+ for undergraduate job placement. All Kelley students are required to take two career-planning courses, and many students complete internships after their sophomore year, junior year, or both to explore their career interests, get valuable work experience, and connect with potential employers.

Kelley’s Undergraduate Career Services (UCS) office will help you start your career on the right foot. UCS staff will help you network with employers, prepare your resume, get ready for interviews, and find job and internship openings.
