    This course examines current ethical issues faced by managers and business organizations. It considers the extent to which the ethical dimensions of corporate conduct correspond with or diverge from legal standards of behavior. Real-world cases presenting ethical dilemmas are emphasized, in an effort to enhance students' ability to make well-reasoned managerial decisions.
