Tobias Muhlhofer, PhD

Assistant Professor of Real Estate 

Tobias Muhlhofer, Ph.D., joined the Kelley School faculty in the summer of 2007. Born in Vienna, Austria, he received his undergraduate degree from Yale University, and his Master of Science and PhD in real estate finance from the London School of Economics.

Professor Muhlhofer's research interests lie in Real Estate Finance, as well as in Mutual Funds and Empirical Asset Pricing. His work has been honored by the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association as runner-up for the 2007 Homer Hoyt Institute best dissertation award, as well as by the Real Estate Research Institute.

At IU, Professor Muhlhofer teaches Real Estate Analysis, and Investments.
