After having worked for several years as a career coach with Kelley the School of Business’ MBA population, I have now focused my sights on working with Kelley’s 100,000+ alumni.

I work with career switchers and career accelerators to help them assess their strengths, define their brands and develop their goals- all in an effort to determine how they can achieve their career ambitions. Once a vision is set, I work with alums to create a path for realization. Typically this path follows one of two avenues – job search or career momentum. For either direction, I believe in a personalized approach that meets an alum where they are.

I have worked in a variety of areas of professional development since joining the Kelley team – Career Services Committee and lead career services contact IUB-Kelley School of Business, Consortium for Graduate Study in Management; instructor- Professional Development & Career Management and Kelley Connect Week career coach Kelley Direct; Consumer Marketing Academy career coach. Additionally, I have also facilitated Kelley’s award-winning Me, Inc. orientation program for several years. Furthermore, I have participated in numerous workshops, trainings and certifications related to coaching, including Keirsey Temperament Sorter and CTI Co-Active Coaching.
